• • As a Software QA Engineer II at Precision AQ, LLC, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality SaaS products and platforms. This is a hands-on position where you will actively contribute to our comprehensive testing strategy, from design and development to execution and documentation.
• • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for our cutting-edge SaaS applications. This includes working with modern frameworks like BDD Cucumber or Playwright, and potentially other relevant tools, to ensure robust testing of data operations within our solutions.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with software engineers, architects, and product owners. You will meticulously review functional requirements, identify potential gaps, and ensure that our products meet and exceed client business needs and expectations.
• • You will perform thorough regression testing to validate new features and enhancements, ensuring that existing functionality remains stable and unaffected by updates.
• • The position requires you to design and develop automated test scripts, leveraging industry-standard testing tools such as Selenium, to streamline and enhance the efficiency of our testing processes.
• • You will utilize bug tracking systems to meticulously document any defects identified during testing, providing clear and concise reports to the development teams for timely resolution.
• • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation is crucial. This includes creating detailed test plans, writing effective test cases, and generating summary reports of test execution and outcomes.
• • You will actively participate in code reviews, offering insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing methodologies and best practices.
• • Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, particularly in the rapidly evolving fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), is essential. • • You will be involved in designing and developing tools that uphold quality assurance principles, such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ), applying these in both automated and manual testing contexts.
• • A significant part of your contribution will be optimizing the testing process. This involves analyzing metrics and analytics derived from past projects to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven enhancements.
• • You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining all components within the testing lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• • Adherence to established procedures for change management is required, ensuring that any necessary changes across applications are handled systematically and with minimal disruption.
• • You will contribute to our knowledge base by creating documentation, such as WIKI articles, for common and repeatable processes that can be shared across the team and organization, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
