This is a hands-on role where you will actively participate in testing across all departments and business units, contributing significantly to our organization's testing strategy and its successful implementation.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts. You will leverage modern frameworks such as BDD Cucumber or Playwright, or other relevant technologies, to ensure the robustness and reliability of our data operations within our SaaS platforms.
  • • You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, including software engineers, architects, and product owners. This collaboration is key to thoroughly understanding functional requirements, identifying potential issues early in the development lifecycle, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage that aligns with business needs.
  • • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to performing regression testing to validate new features and enhancements, ensuring that existing functionalities remain unaffected by updates. You will also be responsible for designing and developing test automation scripts, utilizing industry-standard tools like Selenium, to streamline and enhance the efficiency of our testing processes.
  • • Effective defect management is crucial. You will meticulously document any identified defects using our bug tracking system and report them clearly and concisely to the development team for resolution.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including detailed test plans, test cases, and thorough test result summaries. This documentation ensures clarity, traceability, and facilitates knowledge sharing within the team.
  • • Your involvement will extend to participating in code reviews, providing valuable feedback, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our overall testing methodologies and processes.
  • • To stay at the forefront of technological advancements, you will be encouraged to keep abreast of industry trends, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, and explore how these can be integrated to enhance our testing practices.
  • • You will design and develop specialized tools to manage and apply quality assurance principles, such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ), across both automated and manual testing scenarios.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to optimize the testing process by analyzing metrics and data derived from past projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven enhancements.
  • • You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining all components critical to the testing lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient testing environment.
  • • Adherence to established procedures for change management will be essential, particularly when modifications are necessary across applications.
  • • You will contribute to our knowledge base by creating documentation, such as WIKI articles, for common and repeatable processes that can be shared and utilized by others within the organization.
  • • You will be tasked with preparing accurate effort estimates for automation projects, aiding in project planning and resource allocation.
  • • To ensure the stability and performance of our applications, you will conduct stress and load testing, verifying that the applications meet expected performance benchmarks under various conditions.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the dynamic field of precision medicine, contributing to solutions that have a real-world impact on healthcare. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative environment, where your expertise in quality assurance will be highly valued and directly contribute to the success of our cutting-edge products.
