- • As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Insider One, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our industry-leading marketing and customer engagement platform. You will be instrumental in identifying, documenting, and driving the resolution of defects, contributing directly to the reliability and performance of a product used by global brands like Samsung, Nike, and L'Oreal.
- • You will be deeply involved in both manual and automated testing processes, meticulously executing test scripts and recording outcomes with precision. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in identifying new issues that arise during testing, and you will be empowered to provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.
- • A key responsibility will be to meticulously document all test results, clearly distinguishing between successful and failed tests. This documentation will form the basis for bug reporting and tracking, ensuring that development teams have the clear, actionable information they need to address issues effectively.
- • You will actively participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, collaborating with stakeholders to validate that the software meets business requirements and user expectations. Your feedback during UAT will be critical in ensuring a seamless user experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in software development and testing complex products.
- • Familiarity with software testing processes and methodologies such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
- • Proficiency with functional test automation tools like Selenium, and ideally experience with Appium, Locust, or Jenkins.
- • Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- • Experience with Jira for bug tracking and project management.
- • A good command of English for analyzing technical documents and effective communication.
