- • You will be instrumental in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial design and specification review through to execution, maintenance, and post-release support.
- • A core responsibility will involve the meticulous design, execution, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive test cases, encompassing functional testing, regression testing to ensure stability, and performance testing to guarantee optimal user experience and system reliability.
- • You will take ownership of driving the test automation strategy, which includes the selection, implementation, and refinement of robust automation frameworks designed for scalability and maintainability, ensuring efficient and repeatable testing processes.
- • A key aspect of the role is to proactively review software specifications, identifying potential quality risks and providing valuable, risk-based feedback to development and product teams early in the development cycle.
- • Close collaboration with software developers and product managers will be essential to foster a shared understanding of quality goals and to integrate quality assurance seamlessly throughout the SDLC.
- • You will be responsible for performing thorough root cause analysis of defects, identifying the underlying issues, and effectively managing the defect lifecycle from discovery to resolution.
- • A critical component of our work involves preparing and maintaining comprehensive, audit-ready documentation that adheres strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- • You will be tasked with setting up and managing the necessary test environments, selecting and configuring appropriate testing tools, and preparing test data required for multiple concurrent projects.
- • Depending on your experience level, you may be expected to mentor junior quality engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth, while also actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
- • Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), engaging in customer calls to gather feedback and address concerns, and supporting regulatory audits will also be part of your responsibilities, providing exposure to various facets of the product lifecycle and client interactions.
- • Your work will directly impact the reliability, compliance, and performance of software used in critical clinical research, ultimately contributing to faster delivery of life-changing therapies to patients.
