- • As a Software Service Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing support of Command Center Software, Mobile Video, and Rave solutions for public safety and enterprise customers. Your work directly contributes to safer communities by maintaining service excellence and driving customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and strategic coordination.
- • Day to day, you will manage customer service contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Deployment, oversee service agreement execution, reduce time to resolution, manage escalations, and ensure technical changes are communicated and implemented effectively. You will also monitor service performance, advise customers as a trusted technical advisor, and maintain awareness of complex service matters across customer environments.
- • You will be part of the Deployment and Services Division within the Command Center Software Services organization, a team dedicated to long-term customer success through onsite expertise, professional services, and strong relationships. This organization focuses on operational acceptance and satisfaction across the product ecosystem, supporting safer outcomes for schools, hospitals, businesses, and nations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in public safety software solutions, strengthen your stakeholder management and escalation handling skills, and grow as a trusted advisor to customers. You’ll gain experience in managing complex service delivery in regulated environments and have the opportunity to influence service quality and customer retention at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree, OR 5+ years of experience in CommandCenter Software and/or Mobile Video Deployment, Engineering, Sales/Presales, CMSO, or Managed & Support Services
- • Strong understanding of Motorola Software and Video products, API technologies, Software Architecture and Design, System Integration, and Cloud Deployment
- • Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
