• • As a Software Test Analyst at Varicent Software Inc., you will play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of quality for the Incentive product within the Sales Performance Management (SPM) market, ensuring reliability, consistency, and excellence for global customers.
• • Day to day, you will test new features, log defects, validate fixes, perform functional and regression testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, raise quality issues, deliver timely testing estimates, and ensure a superior customer experience.
• • You will join a multidisciplinary, agile QA team working alongside cloud engineers, developers, designers, and business professionals in a diverse, collaborative, and innovative environment focused on redefining revenue optimization.
• • In this role, you will grow your expertise in software testing methodologies, Agile practices, bug tracking tools, test case writing, SQL, REST APIs, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining deep product knowledge and contributing to best-in-class user experiences.
