- • This is a free training program designed to attract women to the chemical industry and provide them with the opportunity to complement their operational and technical knowledge in Solenis’ field.
- • Participants will engage in a two-day training session focused on sharing their skills, experience, and personal motivations while learning about Solenis’ operations and values.
- • The Talent team at Solenis is seeking to understand candidates’ backgrounds and motivations to identify potential talent for future roles within the company.
- • Attendees will gain insights into the chemical industry, enhance their technical and operational knowledge, and explore career pathways within a global specialty chemicals leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Female candidates with academic background in Chemistry, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
- • Availability to attend in-person training sessions on June 5 and June 12 at Hurlingham Club, Av. Julio Argentino Roca 1411, 1686 Hurlingham, Buenos Aires.
- • Interest in learning about the specialty chemicals industry and developing technical and operational competencies.
