📋 Description

• • Serve as a trusted technical adviser to Red Hat customers across Pennsylvania, building lasting relationships with enterprise IT leadership and technical teams.
• • Provide pre-sales technical support for the design and implementation of complex, value-driven solutions using Red Hat’s product portfolio including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat AI.
• • Assess customer business and IT environments to identify opportunities for Red Hat solutions that enhance efficiency, flexibility, and future scalability.
• • Present technical architectures and business cases to mixed audiences including executives, managers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders.
• • Translate industry technology trends into actionable customer value propositions aligned with Red Hat’s offerings.
• • Collaborate with Sales teams and technical delivery units to ensure seamless integration of Red Hat technologies in both traditional and public cloud environments.
• • Develop and contribute to vertical-specific technical collateral such as white papers, reference architectures, and industry use cases.
• • Share knowledge and lessons learned across the Solutions Architecture team to foster collective growth and improve customer outcomes.
• • Navigate and address both technical and cultural challenges associated with cloud-native and containerized environments during customer deployments.
• • Maintain deep expertise in Red Hat products or their competitive equivalents to provide authoritative guidance during sales cycles.
• • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• • Travel frequently to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support on-site engagements across the Pennsylvania territory.
• • Act as a subject matter expert within vertical and industry-specific technical teams to shape go-to-market strategies and customer engagement frameworks.
