- • Provide architectural leadership during programme initiation, ensuring comprehensive assessment of fraud risk, customer protection, and regulatory impacts.
- • Drive secure-by-design and fraud-by-design principles across digital onboarding, payments, customer communications, and sensitive data exposure initiatives.
- • Ensure all solutions align with enterprise strategy, CTO standards, regulatory requirements, and fraud control frameworks.
- • Own resolution of cross-domain design issues, particularly those involving sensitive data, customer authentication, or transaction risk.
- • Oversee the expansion of high-risk capabilities, ensuring appropriate logging, monitoring, and segregation of duties are implemented.
- • Collaborate with Fraud CIO Technical Leads and Analysts to ensure solution design aligns with the fraud strategic technical roadmap.
- • Contribute to the Technical Lead/Analyst Guild by recommending architecture best practices, standards, and patterns.
- • Maintain the existing Fraud technology view and recommend improvements or migrations to enhance efficiency and alignment with architecture guidelines.
- • Design systems that handle sensitive customer data with robust access controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms.
- • Challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders across Fraud, Digital, Security, and Technology domains.
- • Apply proven experience in Agile methodologies and consulting within large-scale, complex programmes in regulated financial services.
- • Work across multiple architectural disciplines and domains to deliver integrated, scalable, and compliant solutions.
- • Engage in continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within a values-driven culture focused on innovation and collaboration.
- • Operate within a global, borderless framework that enables seamless collaboration across international teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience of 14-18 years leading solution architecture for large, scalable, and complex programmes within regulated financial services.
- • Experience designing systems that handle sensitive customer data with appropriate access controls and monitoring.
- • Knowledge of Open API, OAuth2, Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab, Github, and Kubernetes.
- • Demonstrable experience across multiple domains and architectural disciplines.
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- • Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders across Fraud, Digital, Security, and Technology.
