📋 Description
- • Solution Architect – AI & Data Development (Health) at Guidehouse partners with Product Managers to deliver AI- and data-enabled solutions that improve healthcare outcomes, serving as the technical authority for projects while owning the 'how' of scalable architecture on Microsoft Azure.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing end-to-end cloud-native applications using Azure, defining full-stack patterns (ReactJS, Python FastAPI, Databricks), conducting feasibility analyses, maintaining code quality, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, mentoring engineers, managing technical risks, and acting as the primary technical advisor to client stakeholders while ensuring HIPAA and HITRUST compliance.
- • The role sits within Guidehouse Health, a division focused on healthcare innovation, where the Solution Architect collaborates closely with Product Managers who act as Scrum Masters in agile environments to refine backlogs and ensure technical alignment with user stories.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in cloud architecture, full-stack development, data engineering on Databricks Lakehouse, and healthcare-specific compliance, while developing leadership skills in technical governance, agile delivery, and cross-functional team enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Deep proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Entra ID)
- • Strong hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS/TypeScript)
- • Demonstrated success working in agile delivery environments, including backlog management and sprint execution
