📋 Description
- • As a Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement at Concentrix, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing technology solutions that transform client experiences, leveraging deep expertise in Microsoft’s Power Platform and D365 CE to drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will evaluate system performance, design scalable architectures, customize UI and business logic using Power Platform, conduct code reviews in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript, develop Power Automate solutions, integrate data from Dataverse and external systems, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- • You will join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team — a global leader in intelligent transformation — where you’ll work alongside top-tier engineers, designers, and data experts to modernize customer experiences for world-class brands across over 70 countries.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale D365 CE architecture, enhance your ability to bridge technical and business domains, lead complex solution designs, and position yourself as a trusted advisor in cloud-based CRM and Power Platform innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or system architecture
- • Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE apps including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Field Service
- • Strong proficiency in developing, optimizing, and maintaining D365 CE and model-driven apps, including Power Platform customization
- • Ability to conduct code reviews for C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- • Experience with Azure Application Insights and designing Kusto queries for performance analysis
- • Fluent English language skills for customer-facing technical workshops and stakeholder engagement
