📋 Description
- • Serve as a technical and functional expert during the sales process, engaging directly with prospects and customers to demonstrate Epicor’s ERP solutions.
- • Act as a liaison between the sales team and Product Managers to communicate customer needs, provide input on new product development, and receive updates on product releases.
- • Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, clearly explaining the ‘why’ behind features—not just the ‘what’—to align solutions with business requirements.
- • Provide deep business expertise in manufacturing processes, including workflow analysis, and apply knowledge of accounting and distribution systems to tailor solutions.
- • Collaborate with the Sales team to design and propose effective, customer-specific solutions that address complex operational challenges.
- • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) related to Epicor and associated products, ensuring accurate, compelling, and technically sound submissions.
- • Conduct webinars for customers and prospects to educate audiences on Epicor’s capabilities and industry-specific use cases.
- • Partner with Channel Enablement teams to train and support Solution Engineers at partner organizations to effectively sell Epicor solutions.
- • Share knowledge and best practices within the global Solution Engineer community to enhance collective expertise and consistency in customer engagement.
- • Travel between 20% and 50% within the region to support customer meetings, demonstrations, and partner enablement activities.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP industry trends, competitive products, and evolving customer needs in manufacturing, distribution, and financial operations.
- • Work in a collaborative, global environment that values partnership, innovation, and continuous learning to drive business outcomes for Epicor’s clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, including background in channel/partner/distributor environments
- • Proven success in supporting both direct and channel sales models
- • Essential experience in the manufacturing industry; knowledge of distribution and financial processes is a plus
- • Fluency in both Vietnamese and English; ability to communicate in additional languages is an advantage
- • Strong presentation and demonstration skills with ability to explain business value and technical rationale
- • Bachelor’s degree; preference for degree in Industrial Engineering
