📋 Description

• • As a Solution Engineer at Microblink, you will be at the forefront of empowering our clients to achieve significant revenue triumphs by cultivating robust, collaborative, and trust-based customer relationships. You will be a pivotal player in shaping future success narratives, ensuring enduring partnerships and favorable outcomes for our diverse customer base, which spans over 400 organizations.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted technical advisor and the technical point of contact (DRI) throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle. This involves partnering closely with our Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to strategically shape deals and account plans, while simultaneously leading white-glove onboarding experiences for new clients.
• • You will embody a solutions-first mindset, adeptly asking probing questions to deeply understand a client's unique goals and challenges. Based on this understanding, you will propose tailored implementation paths that directly align with their specific business outcomes and strategic objectives.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to own and complete the technical components of critical sales enablement documents, including RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs (Requests for Information), and comprehensive solution proposals. This requires a strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions.
• • You will be responsible for delivering engaging and customized product demonstrations. These demos will be tailored to specific verticals and use cases, showcasing the power of Microblink's technology across web, iOS, Android, and cloud platforms. Your ability to articulate technical recommendations and solutions will be crucial in these presentations.
• • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to share invaluable client insights, advocate for customer needs, and actively drive continuous product improvement. Your feedback loop will be essential in shaping the future of Microblink's offerings.
• • You will guide clients through the technical intricacies of implementing and integrating Microblink's Identity Intelligence OS, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption process. This includes designing effective workflows, overseeing implementation, conducting quality assurance, and supporting deployment.
• • By fostering strong technical relationships and providing expert guidance, you will ensure that Microblink customers extract maximum value from our products, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• • You will contribute to Microblink's mission of providing an Identity Intelligence OS that establishes Know Your Actor control, assesses risk, and informs decisions across digital journeys. Your technical expertise will help companies adapt faster than fraud, optimize outcomes, and enforce trust at scale across onboarding, authentication, and other critical touchpoints.
