  • • Serve as a trusted technical partner to Epicor’s direct and channel sales teams to close ERP sales opportunities by aligning product capabilities with client business needs.
  • • Provide in-depth technical expertise across multiple Epicor ERP product lines to support presales activities and client engagements.
  • • Coach and mentor junior Solution Engineers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality technical solutions and client interactions.
  • • Translate client technical requirements into tailored ERP solutions through detailed demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations.
  • • Lead technical discussions with prospects and clients, establishing credibility through deep product knowledge and industry-specific insights.
  • • Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept and trial processes, ensuring successful client evaluations of Epicor solutions.
  • • Influence purchasing decisions by articulating product value, demonstrating system architectures, and assisting with cost evaluation and pricing strategies.
  • • Gather client feedback and functional requirements to relay to the Product Development team for future product enhancements.
  • • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients by demonstrating technical excellence and a thorough understanding of their operational challenges.
  • • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic technical approaches to win deals in manufacturing, distribution, or finance industries.
  • • Deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight key features aligned with client workflows and industry benchmarks.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epicor product capabilities, competitive landscape, and evolving ERP market trends.
  • • Support sales initiatives across India with flexibility to engage with clients in Pune, Delhi (NCR), and Mumbai (Navi Mumbai) regions.
  • • Work remotely while maintaining high engagement with sales teams and clients across India, ensuring seamless communication and timely response to technical inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of presales experience within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience
  • • Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales models
  • • Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
  • • Documented experience delivering customer presentations and product demonstrations
  • • Experience working with ERP companies such as SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, NetSuite, or Value Added Resellers (VARs)
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
