- • As a Solution Engineer, you will be the bridge between our clients' business challenges and our innovative technological offerings. Your primary responsibility will be the functional configuration and technical specification of our supply chain solutions. This involves deeply understanding client requirements, mapping them to our product capabilities, and designing tailored solutions that deliver tangible value. You will engage with clients from the initial discovery phase through to implementation and post-go-live support, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to elicit and document their current supply chain processes, pain points, and future aspirations. This requires a consultative approach, asking insightful questions, and actively listening to understand the nuances of their operations. - • You will be responsible for configuring our supply chain software to meet specific client needs. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar client-facing technical role, with a specific focus on Supply Chain Management software or solutions.
- • Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for software solutions.
- • Strong understanding of core supply chain processes (e.g., demand planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, procurement).
- • Experience with system integration, including understanding APIs, data mapping, and working with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
