- • Serve as the clinical voice and advocate for nursing solutions during customer interactions, providing expert insights to sales, partner success, and commercial teams.
- • Demonstrate how Abridge’s AI-powered platform enhances nursing workflows and improves patient outcomes through live demos, presentations, and strategic engagements with healthcare executives.
- • Act as the primary clinical liaison between Abridge and prospective and current customers, including CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs, to articulate clinical value and facilitate adoption.
- • Engage directly with frontline nurses and clinical leadership to understand real-world challenges and translate those needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- • Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure alignment between customer requirements, solution capabilities, and the product roadmap for nursing-focused features.
- • Represent Abridge as a clinical thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and events to enhance the company’s credibility and visibility within the healthcare community.
- • Provide strategic commercial support by translating complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including non-clinical executives and technical stakeholders.
- • Drive the feedback loop from customer deployments to product development, ensuring nursing-specific pain points inform prioritization and enhancement of Abridge’s AI solutions.
- • Maintain deep product expertise to confidently answer clinical and technical questions during sales cycles and post-sale implementation phases.
- • Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support on-site implementations across healthcare systems.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration of Abridge’s platform into existing EMR environments and clinical workflows.
- • Champion Abridge’s mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare by prioritizing clinician and patient needs in every interaction and decision.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within acute care, critical care, or med-surg settings
- • Proven track record working in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation Executive
- • Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including frontline clinicians, executives, and technical teams
- • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior healthcare executives such as CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs
- • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and serve as a trusted clinical advisor internally and externally
- • Ability to evaluate clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate clinical requirements into technological solutions
