- • Own the technical win. You will quarterback every security conversation from first discovery call to signed contract, translating complex product capabilities into crisp, buyer-friendly language that earns trust and accelerates deals.
- • Run laser-focused discovery. You’ll lead 30- to 60-minute calls to uncover the customer’s pain points, data sources, user personas, and success metrics, then distill those findings into a concise battle plan for Account Executives and Product Engineering.
- • Build lightweight, jaw-dropping demos. Using our AI stack (RAG, embeddings, small agents), you’ll spin up tailored proof-of-concepts in hours—not weeks—that map directly to the prospect’s workflow and make the value of Patsnap unmistakable.
- • Present like a storyteller. Whether it’s a 5-slide executive summary or a live 20-minute demo, you’ll craft narratives that resonate with CISOs, R&D directors, and procurement teams alike, handling objections and Q&A with calm confidence.
- • Be the security champion. You’ll map data flows, document access patterns, and explain retention policies in plain English; shepherd customers through security questionnaires, SOC 2 evidence requests, and penetration-test findings; and maintain a library of reusable diagrams, one-pagers, and FAQs.
- • Collaborate across the revenue engine. You’ll sync daily with Account Executives on win plans, next steps, and follow-ups; feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering via crisp tickets; and iterate on demo assets so the entire Solutions Consulting team can scale.
- • Continuously level up. You’ll stay ahead of AI, security, and IP trends; experiment with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector stores; and share learnings in weekly show-and-tell sessions that elevate the whole organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 0–4 years of work experience; new grads welcome
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- • Demonstrated presentation confidence—clear, concise, and engaging with slides and live demos
- • Technical fundamentals: comfortable with HTTP/JSON APIs, Git basics, and reading logs; able to write (or eager to learn) small scripts in Python or JavaScript
- • Security mindset: solid grasp of security and architecture fundamentals, data-flow mapping, and risk communication
