- • The Solution Specialist - Networking role at CDW Corporation serves as the first point of contact for networking solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to sales teams to drive solutions growth objectives by aligning technical expertise with customer needs and business opportunities.
- • Day to day, the specialist maintains advanced knowledge of networking solutions to discover, qualify, recommend, and compare/contrast products; explains technical specifications and benefits of primary, secondary, emerging, and complementary solutions; engages customers to uncover business needs and explore additional opportunities in hosted, managed, and cloud services; attends partner trainings and pursues certifications; maintains strategic relationships with networking partners and collaborates with ITS coworkers on go-to-market strategy; supports Account Managers with best practices, competitive landscape insights, and guidance on uncovering and communicating solutions opportunities; registers and manages customer proposals in partner systems and reviews quotes and orders for accuracy.
