- • The Solution Success Manager (SSM) is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for driving value realization, retention, and expansion for top-tier enterprise customers using Flexera’s Hybrid ITAM and FinOps solutions. This role is critical to ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes from their technology investments, directly contributing to revenue retention and growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a complex book of large, strategic customers; identifying and mitigating churn risks; uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities; owning renewal and expansion outcomes; driving product adoption; managing technical and business escalations; building relationships with key stakeholders; leading cross-functional improvement initiatives; and mentoring new Customer Success team members.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise technology value realization, strengthen executive communication and negotiation skills, gain experience leading cross-functional projects, and grow your ability to coach and develop others—positioning you for advancement into senior leadership within Customer Success or related fields.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of experience in leadership roles within IT for a Fortune 1000 company OR experience in a strategic customer-facing role at an enterprise IT software company
- • Proven ability to build and grow strong customer relationships with a customer-centric, outcome-driven mindset
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating communication between technical and commercial stakeholders
- • People management experience and comfort using CRM and CS tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight
- • Strong executive communication skills including persuasion, conflict resolution, negotiation, and the ability to translate technical concepts to C-level audiences
- • Successful project management experience with budget ownership and understanding of software and SaaS licensing models
