📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Advisor in Legal Operations at Gem AI, Inc., you will serve as a strategic bridge between GC AI’s technology and its customers, driving adoption, shaping product direction, and empowering legal teams to leverage AI in their daily workflows.
• • Day to day, you will analyze and optimize legal processes using data-driven insights, draft high-impact AI prompts for real-world legal problems, curate prompt libraries, partner with in-house legal teams to design AI-powered solutions, act as the Voice of the Customer to Product, lead prompting workshops and training sessions, and position GC AI as a trusted legal AI partner through expert, empathetic engagement.
