  • • As a Solutions Analytics Data Scientist at SentiLink Corporation, you will be at the forefront of demonstrating the tangible value our innovative identity and risk solutions bring to our partners. Your primary mission will be to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower both prospective and current clients to leverage SentiLink's offerings to their fullest potential. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sophisticated data science and practical business outcomes, ensuring our partners can transact with confidence.
  • • For prospective partners, you will spearhead comprehensive data evaluations. This involves meticulously analyzing their existing data to identify key performance indicators and potential areas for improvement. You will then construct compelling narratives, backed by robust data science metrics, that clearly illustrate how SentiLink's solutions can enhance their operations, reduce risk, and improve efficiency. Your work will be instrumental in the sales process, providing concrete evidence of our product's efficacy.
  • • With current partners, your responsibilities will extend to ongoing performance assessments. You will delve into their usage data to ensure they are optimizing their implementation of SentiLink products. This includes identifying any bottlenecks, suggesting adjustments, and providing custom analyses that illuminate fraud patterns, their impact on consumer experiences, and the overall business operations. Your insights will help partners refine their strategies and maximize their return on investment.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with Product Managers to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for enhancement based on real-world partner data. You will partner with the Data Science team to refine models and analytical approaches, and with the Engineering team to ensure data integrity and efficient data pipelines. This collaborative environment is crucial for driving product innovation and addressing unique partner needs.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering ad hoc analyses and reports that offer deep dives into critical areas such as evolving fraud trends, nuanced consumer behavior, and specific challenges faced by our partners. These analyses will require you to be agile, quickly pivoting to address urgent business questions and providing timely, insightful answers.
  • • A core competency will be your ability to communicate complex data findings effectively. You will translate intricate statistical models and analytical results into clear, concise visualizations, reports, and presentations. Crucially, you must be adept at tailoring your communication style to resonate with diverse audiences, ranging from highly technical data professionals to non-technical business leaders, ensuring that the value and implications of your findings are universally understood.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep domain expertise in the critical fields of identity verification, fraud detection, and risk assessment. While a background in fraud is not a prerequisite, a strong willingness to learn and immerse yourself in these areas is essential. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment characterized by the need to solve extremely varied, high-impact, and open-ended problems, requiring a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • • You will leverage a robust technology stack, including Python 3 for analysis and modeling, PostgreSQL for data querying, and the extensive AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.) for data storage and processing. Proficiency in these tools will be key to your success in extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and insights.
  • • Ultimately, your work as a Solutions Analytics Data Scientist will directly contribute to SentiLink's mission of empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence by providing data-driven validation of our product's impact and guiding partners towards optimal utilization.
