- • Work with customers to design and develop custom databases that align with their operational requirements and business goals.
- • Assist Project Managers in creating and executing pilot and deployment programs for restaurant technology solutions.
- • Design and test system configurations to deliver customer-specific implementations of PAR’s Unified Customer Experience platform.
- • Develop cloud-based solutions including digital menus, online ordering, and mobile ordering systems tailored to client needs.
- • Collaborate directly with customers during solution development to provide training on database management and system configuration maintenance.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of customer operations to enable effective problem resolution and to educate internal support teams.
- • Provide technical sales support through demonstrations, webinars, Q&A sessions, and other media formats to drive customer adoption.
- • Conduct internal and external cross-functional technical meetings to align engineering, product, sales, and support teams.
- • Create and maintain educational materials and build LMS modules to train Sales and Support teams on new product features and system updates.
- • Exercise independent judgment in selecting appropriate technical approaches, interpreting customer needs, and resolving deviations from standard deployment methods.
- • Communicate project status and technical details regularly to Sales, Product, and Software Delivery Services teams.
- • Interact with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Project Management, Support, and Services to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- • Document and report on system configurations and project details to prepare internal support organizations for ongoing maintenance.
- • Frequently engage with customers at all levels—from technical staff to executive leadership—to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure, Redis, and Angular/TypeScript to support solution design and troubleshooting.
- • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of customer deployments, from initial design through post-launch support and training.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
- • 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure, Redis, and Angular/TypeScript
- • Proven experience designing and deploying customer-specific software solutions in a restaurant or hospitality technology environment
- • Strong ability to conduct technical demonstrations, webinars, and customer training sessions
- • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align technical delivery with business goals
- • Demonstrated skill in documenting technical configurations and creating training materials for internal teams
