• • The Solutions Architect at Vantage Analytics Inc. leads the onboarding and implementation experience for customers, serving as the primary technical point of contact to ensure successful deployment and long-term value realization.
• • Day to day, the role involves conducting technical discovery with clients to uncover requirements and constraints, designing scalable solutions using the Vantage platform, leading client-facing meetings such as kickoffs and solution reviews, driving end-to-end implementation execution, collaborating with Project Managers to maintain timelines, and proactively identifying and resolving technical risks.
