📋 Description

• • The Solutions Architect at Front is a critical technical role embedded within the Customer Success team, responsible for driving the long-term technical success of complex B2B customers by designing optimal configurations, resolving escalations, and influencing product strategy based on real-world customer needs.
• • Day to day, the Solutions Architect will guide strategic customers on API usage, security and compliance adherence, system integration, and AI workflow implementation; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Professional Services on custom solutions; anticipate long-term technical needs; and act as a technical sponsor for top accounts while contributing feedback to shape the product roadmap.
