  • • As a Solutions Architect at ServiceTitan, you will be a pivotal technical and business advisor to our valued customers, playing a crucial role in translating their complex operational requirements into robust, scalable, and best-practice solutions within the ServiceTitan platform. This dynamic position acts as a critical bridge between business process design, intricate technical configuration, and the ultimate achievement of customer outcomes, ensuring that each client realizes measurable value and sustains long-term success.
  • • You will collaborate closely with a variety of internal teams, including Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Sales, and Engineering. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, validating, and optimizing customer architectures, directly contributing to their growth, operational efficiency, and widespread adoption of the ServiceTitan platform across various trades.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves customer-facing engagement, requiring up to 30-40% travel to client sites to foster strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of their unique operational landscapes.
  • • Customer Architecture & Solution Design:
  • • Design comprehensive, end-to-end ServiceTitan solutions meticulously aligned with each customer's overarching business objectives, their current operational maturity level, and established trade best practices. This involves a deep dive into their specific industry nuances.
  • • Skillfully translate intricate customer workflows into scalable and efficient configurations across a wide array of ServiceTitan modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Business Units, Job Types, Campaigns, Pricebooks, Memberships, Dispatching functionalities, Reporting dashboards, and critical Integrations.
  • • Ensure that all designed solutions not only adhere to ServiceTitan's established best practices but also thoughtfully balance these standards with the unique, specific requirements of each customer, creating tailored yet robust implementations.
  • • Technical & Functional Expertise:
  • • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert (SME) on the full spectrum of ServiceTitan platform capabilities, understanding its inherent limitations, and staying abreast of roadmap-aligned solutions to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
  • • Evaluate the technical feasibility and design robust integrations with a variety of essential third-party systems. This includes, but is not limited to, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite), payroll systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, marketing automation tools, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
  • • Provide expert support for complex data structures, including the meticulous management of pricebooks, the design of sophisticated reporting hierarchies, and the architectural considerations for multi-location or multi-trade environments, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • • Customer Advisory & Enablement:
  • • Lead critical technical discovery sessions and in-depth architecture discussions with a diverse range of stakeholders, from executive leadership to operational managers and technical teams. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be paramount.
  • • Articulate potential trade-offs, identify inherent risks, and present well-reasoned recommendations in a manner that builds unwavering trust and drives consensus among stakeholders.
  • • Actively support customers through significant change management processes by providing expert guidance on adoption strategies and future-state design, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the value derived from the platform.
  • • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • • Forge strong partnerships with the Implementation and Customer Success teams, providing architectural insights and support throughout the customer onboarding, ongoing optimization, and expansion phases of their lifecycle.
  • • Offer crucial architectural guidance to the Sales team during complex pre-sales engagements or upsell opportunities, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound and strategically aligned with customer needs.
  • • Function as a vital feedback loop to the Product and Engineering teams by proactively identifying recurring platform gaps, emerging customer needs, and potential areas for innovation and improvement.
  • • Governance & Documentation:
  • • Develop and meticulously maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including detailed architectural diagrams, configuration specifications, and critical decision logs, ensuring clarity and traceability.
  • • Ensure that all designed solutions are inherently scalable, easily supportable by internal teams, and consistently aligned with ServiceTitan's internal architectural standards and guidelines.
  • • Proactively identify potential risks within proposed solutions early in the design process and recommend effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
