  • • Own the technical heartbeat of every new deal. As Solutions Architect you will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives to translate the Lumin Digital cloud-native banking platform into clear, compelling business outcomes for credit unions and community banks. You are the bridge between deep product capability and the strategic goals of prospective clients, ensuring every demo, workshop, and proposal feels custom-built.
  • • Deliver unforgettable product demonstrations. You will craft and run live, interactive sessions that range from executive-level overviews to deep-dive technical workshops. Using real-world data and use-cases, you will show how Lumin’s micro-services architecture, open APIs, and real-time analytics engine solve pain points such as member attrition, loan growth, and operational efficiency.
  • • Build tailored proof-of-concepts. Working with senior architects and our cloud DevOps team, you will spin up sandbox environments that mirror a prospect’s existing core banking stack. You will configure workflows, branding, and integrations so stakeholders can experience the platform as if it were already live in their environment.
  • • Drive the RFP/RFI response engine. You will dissect complex questionnaires, coordinate input from Product, Security, and Compliance teams, and author responses that are both technically accurate and commercially persuasive. Your ability to map Lumin features to explicit requirements often becomes the deciding factor in short-list selection.
  • • Translate early-stage discovery into Statements of Work. During pre-implementation calls you will capture integration points, data-migration scope, timeline constraints, and success metrics. Your documentation feeds directly into SOWs that set clear expectations and protect gross margins.
  • • Continuously sharpen the competitive edge. You will maintain an up-to-date battle-card library, run win/loss analyses, and funnel field intelligence back to Product Marketing. Your insights influence roadmap prioritization and sharpen external messaging.
  • • Mentor and elevate the team. While you operate as an individual contributor, you will coach junior sales engineers, share demo best-practices, and contribute to internal certification programs. Your feedback loops help the entire organization scale.
  • • Travel to be where decisions happen. Expect 50–60 % travel (130–156 days per year) to client sites, conferences, and user forums. Whether you are presenting to a 15-person board in Wisconsin or running a workshop for 200 technologists in California, you will represent Lumin’s culture of curiosity, trust, and bold innovation.
  • • Champion diversity of thought. Lumin Digital’s workforce spans time-zones, backgrounds, and disciplines. You will collaborate daily with product managers in Seattle, security architects in Austin, and client success managers in Boston, ensuring every voice is heard and every perspective valued.
