- • The Solutions Architect I role at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is critical to accelerating application development by designing secure, scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and drive operational efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will create strategic roadmaps, framework templates, and solution blueprints for automation platforms (UiPath), Agentic AI, and cloud-based capabilities; collaborate with technical and business teams to align designs with enterprise architecture and SDLC practices; establish value of implemented solutions; and produce documentation, training, and transformation patterns for delivery teams.
- • You will join a remote-first, innovation-focused team at a leading healthcare payer dedicated to advancing GenAI-enabled workflows and AI-driven operational efficiency, with headquarters in Chattanooga, TN, and a culture grounded in collaboration, agility, and enterprise architecture excellence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in automation and AI architecture, gain influence in shaping enterprise-wide technology standards, and develop leadership in bridging technical and business domains while contributing to scalable, governed AI solutions that improve healthcare operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (4+ years of professional experience)
- • 5+ years of technical experience in solution architecture, automation (e.g., UiPath), Agentic AI, or cloud-based technologies
- • Certification or hands-on experience in a specialty area such as Systems, Security, Java/.NET, Data, Domain (Provider/Claims/Digital), SDLC (SAFe), or Integration (SOA)
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- • Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution blueprints within Agile/SAFe environments
- • Knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems (claims, membership, authorizations, care management) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA) is a plus
