- • As a Solutions Architect at Modern Treasury, you will design and guide the implementation of complex payment systems for customers, ensuring reliable money movement through the company’s APIs.
- • You will lead deep discovery into customers’ technical, financial, and operational needs, whiteboard solutions, produce detailed architecture and design documents, and guide development teams through implementation and early production.
- • You will own ledger design, including how funds are tracked, reconciled, and represented across systems, and act as a trusted advisor during critical build phases, debugging complex issues with real financial impact.
- • You will partner closely with Engineering and Product to shape solutions, influence the product roadmap, and serve as the voice of the customer by identifying product gaps and opportunities.
- • Modern Treasury provides trusted infrastructure for money movement, enabling businesses to launch and scale payment experiences in days using best-in-class developer tools, a single API for fiat and stablecoins, and built-in compliance, ledgering, and reporting.
- • You will work in a collaborative, innovative environment where AI is heavily leveraged, and you are expected to use and push the envelope on AI best practices in your work.
- • This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in customer-facing, cross-functional roles and is passionate about solving complex financial systems challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer
- • Strong experience with REST APIs and system design
- • Comfortable debugging issues across integrations and production systems
- • Ability to lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, implementation, and manage technical stakeholders
- • Experience using AI agents in a work environment
- • Experience writing code or building applications is a plus
- • Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems is a plus
- • Familiarity with ledgering, reconciliation, or accounting concepts is a plus
