- • As a Solutions Architect at Metriport, you will serve as the technical bridge between production customers and the product, ensuring customers continuously extract maximum value from the platform while building trust that drives natural expansion.
- • Day to day, you will own customer health metrics, drive value-led growth by identifying expansion opportunities, evolve with customer needs by monitoring usage patterns, and build cadenced customer efforts through structured touchpoints and process improvements.
- • Metriport is an open-source data intelligence platform helping healthcare organizations access and exchange patient data in real-time, integrated with major US healthcare IT systems and serving 300+ million individuals. The company has achieved product-market fit with multi-million ARR, 100+ customers including Amazon One Medical and Weight Watchers, top VC backing, and years of runway. It operates as a tight-knit, high-performing team of mostly former founders (including YC alumni), engineering-heavy with minimal bureaucracy, high autonomy, and a culture of sustainable intensity where founders work six days a week from the SF office but employees have schedule freedom.
- • In this role, you will learn to scale customer success processes, implement automated monitoring systems, deepen expertise in healthcare IT standards like FHIR and HL7, and grow your impact by shaping how a high-growth healthtech platform delivers value to enterprise customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years working in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer) with experience in formal or informal technical sales
- • Technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and translating technical concepts to and from non-technical stakeholders
- • Expert relationship manager: ability to pair obsession over account success with technical skills and product knowledge to drive customer value
- • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to work from the office six days a week
- • Low ego, high ownership mindset: asks 'Why can't this be done in 3 days?' instead of 3 weeks
