📋 Description
- • As a Solutions Architect at Diagrid, you will quickly understand customer needs and pain points to design and implement solutions using open-source and Diagrid technologies, acting as the voice of the customer within the company.
- • Your day-to-day involves working with prospective customers to onboard them to Diagrid Cloud, creating and delivering customer demos, building Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions in multiple programming languages, and providing architecture guidance on cloud-native technologies.
- • You will be an integral part of the Engineering team, bringing real-world customer insights to directly impact Diagrid products, scoping product features, prioritizing user feedback, and informing leadership on customer pain points and opportunities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and open-source technologies while working alongside industry leaders and contributing to the strategic direction of a high-growth startup founded by creators of Dapr and KEDA.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role
- • Solid developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET or Go, with good experience in Node and Python
- • Experience with Git-based version control systems and ability to shift priorities quickly in a dynamic environment
