📋 Description

• As a Solutions Architect – AI Agents Deployment at Lavendo Inc., you will play a critical role in deploying autonomous AI receptionists and agents that handle customer communications for small and medium-sized businesses, directly contributing to revenue generation and operational efficiency at scale.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include understanding partner and customer business needs, translating them into technical specifications, configuring and customizing AI agent solutions, managing end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary technical point of contact, identifying and mitigating technical risks, and helping build scalable deployment practices as the team expands.
• You will join a well-funded, fast-growing AI platform founded in 2023 by a repeat founder whose prior company reached 50M+ users globally, backed by top investors, and already deployed across 10,000 businesses with 15,000 AI agents — now scaling toward 1 million agents following a $25M Series A and revenue doubling in late 2025.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in production AI systems, customer-facing technical delivery, and enterprise integration while making tangible impact on how SMBs operate — gaining ownership experience, sharpening business acumen, and growing alongside a mission-driven team at the forefront of autonomous AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript with fluency in AI technologies including prompt engineering
• Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial)
• Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks
• Business process analysis skills — understanding how companies make money and connecting technical solutions to business outcomes
