📋 Description
- • As a Solutions Architect at LangChain, Inc., you will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers, directly impacting customer success and shaping best practices in AI deployment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform, building multi-agent systems with LangChain/LangGraph, conducting technical assessments, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored AI solutions.
- • You will join LangChain’s Professional Services team, a collaborative engineering-focused group dedicated to helping enterprises adopt cutting-edge AI technologies through expert guidance and hands-on implementation.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in both infrastructure and AI agent engineering, influence architectural standards, and grow as a technical leader in enterprise AI adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer
- • 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with strong Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) expertise
- • 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents, including strong skills in LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering, vector stores, RAG, and Python/TypeScript development
