- • As a Solutions Architect at LangChain, Inc., you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems, playing a critical role in enabling customer success through scalable and secure AI solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing Kubernetes-based infrastructure, implementing multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph, conducting technical assessments, guiding deployment strategies, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- • You will join LangChain’s Professional Services team, a collaborative group focused on delivering enterprise AI solutions, operating within a strong engineering culture that values innovation, technical depth, and customer impact.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape best practices in AI infrastructure and agent engineering, deepen expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies, and directly influence how enterprises adopt and scale AI systems in production.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer
- • 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with strong Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) expertise
- • 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents using LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, vector stores, RAG patterns, and strong Python/TypeScript development skills
