- • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Suite to join our ERP Center of Excellence (CoE).
- • The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of Procurement processes, architectural design capabilities, and a strategic mindset to help shape the future of our ERP landscape.
- • Key Responsibilities include:
- • Lead procurement transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Business Network).
- • Help optimize SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) processes including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master data.
- • Manage full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA MM.
- • Design and implement procurement workflows aligned with best practices and digital capabilities.
- • Drive vendor onboarding and enablement strategies, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- • Implement and support VMI and Consignment programs to enhance inventory visibility and supplier collaboration.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementation and change management.
- • Provide expert guidance on procurement analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- • Assist with scoping prospective changes and advising business and ERP/IT leadership.
- • Experience in project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.
- • Data Management activities: Data Extraction, Cleansing, Mapping, Migration, and Reconciliation.
- • Ensure solutions adhere to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit standards.
- • Design and implement seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
- • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and change management, using Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM and similar tools.
- • Build trust with Supply Chain leaders and business process owners and share best practices and past experiences that will help with decision making.
- • Collaborative, empathetic, and committed to sharing ideas and knowledge with cross-functional teams, project team members and delivery partners.
- • Support change management and training initiatives to ensure user adoption.
- • Mentor and provide technical leadership to SAP project teams, consultants, and offshore delivery partners.
- • Assess updates in Materials Management, Ariba and related modules and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- • 8+ years of experience in SAP Procurement, with at least 3 years in Ariba Suite and S/4HANA Materials Management architecture and implementation.
- • At least two full-cycle Ariba and S/4HANA implementations in an architect or lead role.
- • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
- • Strong understanding of procurement business processes and how they translate into SAP solutions.
- • Strong understanding of Supplier Lifecycle and Performance management processes.
- • Good Understanding of VMI, Consignment and Outside Processing.
- • Strong understanding of Ariba modules: Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Business Network.
- • Hands-on experience in configuration of SAP Materials Management for procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and material master data.
- • Skilled in data extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, and reconciliation.
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
