📋 Description

• Architect, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Jaggaer integration templates for Sourcing, eProcurement, and Invoicing to ensure scalable, repeatable, and robust customer implementations.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to align integration templates with core product architecture, field insights, and evolving customer needs.
• Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and system nuances, converting bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets.
• Support pre-sales engineering by designing and vetting integration architectures with account teams to ensure prospective customers are set up for smooth, best-practice deployments.
• Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices to raise the technical bar and drive consistency across all customer implementations.
• Develop deep fluency across additional ERP ecosystems beyond Jaggaer, becoming the subject matter expert on integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio.
• Approach every technical challenge with an engineering mindset—designing solutions thoroughly once to enable effortless future implementations.
• Balance high-level architectural design with hands-on execution, including direct API configuration and template modifications to ensure technical accuracy.
• Translate highly technical integration requirements and constraints into clear guidance for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Work with API documentation to configure, test, and troubleshoot integration errors across REST/SOAP endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
• Quickly document customer requirements with minimal oversight, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
• Maintain expertise in standard Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models within eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Leverage familiarity with cXML, XML, and REST-based endpoints to build and optimize integration workflows.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems through systematic, process-driven enhancements and proactive innovation.
• Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams to drive alignment on integration standards and implementation quality.
• Serve as a technical bridge between field teams and internal product development to ensure customer feedback directly informs template evolution.
• Build and maintain reusable integration assets that reduce implementation time and increase reliability across hundreds of future deployments.
• Stay adaptable and open to learning new technologies and platforms as Zip expands its integration ecosystem beyond Jaggaer.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement and spend management platforms.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models in eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and CLM.
• Familiarity with Jaggaer REST/SOAP APIs, direct data transfers, and standard e-procurement data structures.
• Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience is required.
• Experience working with cXML, XML, and REST-based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
• Ability to translate technical information for audiences with varying technical knowledge and comfort working with API documentation.
