- • As a Solutions Architect at Zip, you will design and standardize Jaggaer integration templates to powering templates to enable scalable, repeatable customer implementations across enterprise procurement environments.
- • You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align integration templates with product architecture, field insights, and evolving customer needs while supporting pre-sales engineering efforts.
- • Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and Snowflake, backed by top investors and recognized for innovation in fintech and business technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise across ERP ecosystems, drive technical excellence, and become a subject matter expert in integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio, directly influencing how hundreds of future implementations are delivered.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement and spend management platforms
- • Strong foundational knowledge of core Jaggaer business processes, workflow logic, and data models, specifically within eProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- • Familiarity with standard Jaggaer integration methods, including Jaggaer REST/SOAP APIs, direct data transfers, and standard e-procurement data structures
- • Experience working with cXML/XML/REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols
- • Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience is required
- • Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge
- • Comfortable working with API documentation and testing/troubleshooting integration errors
- • Strong communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and a proactive, process-driven mindset with a bias toward continuous improvement
