- • As a Solutions Architect at LangChain, Inc., you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems, playing a critical role in enabling customer success through scalable and secure AI solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), building multi-agent systems with LangChain/LangGraph, conducting technical assessments, and guiding deployment and operations through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
- • You will join LangChain’s Professional Services team, collaborating with engineering, product, and engagement teams in a strong engineering culture focused on cutting-edge AI technology and customer impact.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape best practices in AI infrastructure and agent engineering, deepen expertise in both platform and AI application domains, and drive real-world business outcomes for enterprise clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer
- • 3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with strong Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) expertise
- • 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents, including strong skills in LangChain/LangGraph, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, vector stores/RAG, and Python/TypeScript development
