  • • As a Solutions Consultant at HockeyStack, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our innovative AI-powered B2B sales, marketing, and customer success platform and the diverse needs of our clientele. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and relationship builder, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will dive deep into their unique business challenges, meticulously translate these into actionable internal projects, and ensure that HockeyStack consistently delivers tangible, measurable value that drives their success.
  • • Your primary mission will be to cultivate and nurture robust, ongoing relationships with our customers. This involves proactively understanding their evolving business objectives, strategic goals, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. By fostering these deep connections, you will gain invaluable insights into how our platform can best serve their current and future needs.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to translate complex customer problems into precisely scoped internal projects. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Data teams, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure that their requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed. This cross-functional partnership is key to driving the development and implementation of tailored solutions.
  • • You will serve as the primary internal advocate for our customers, championing their needs and ensuring that their feedback and strategic priorities significantly influence our product roadmap and development efforts. Your insights will directly contribute to shaping the future of HockeyStack's offerings.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will involve developing and presenting strategic recommendations to customer stakeholders. This requires framing complex technical and strategic insights in terms of clear business outcomes and demonstrable value realization, showcasing the ROI of their investment in HockeyStack.
  • • You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and deepen their adoption of the HockeyStack platform. By continuously assessing their evolving needs, you will propose new ways for them to leverage our capabilities, ensuring they maximize the value they derive from our solutions.
  • • Seamless collaboration with our Account Management and Data teams is essential. You will work in tandem with them to ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey, from the initial onboarding and launch phases through to long-term strategic engagement and success.
  • • Embracing a true consulting mindset, you will tackle ambiguous problems with a structured approach. This involves clearly defining the problem, gathering the necessary inputs from various sources, analyzing the information, and delivering a clear, concise, and actionable recommendation that drives progress and resolves challenges.
  • • You will be at the forefront of helping B2B companies automate their sales, marketing, and customer success functions by leveraging HockeyStack's advanced AI capabilities. This involves understanding intricate GTM motions and connecting customer pain points to strategic, data-driven solutions.
  • • Your work will directly contribute to the success of our core products, including our powerful Analytics suite, which provides instant answers to critical business questions, and our innovative Agents, designed to blueprint and execute ideal sales processes across every deal and representative.
