📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Consultant in Professional Services Delivery at Smartsheet, you will act as a strategic partner for customers, helping them navigate complex business challenges through an advisory-led approach to professional services that drives digital transformation and measurable organizational change.
• • You will lead several concurrent projects, design and implement strategic solutions leveraging Smartsheet’s automation and AI-native capabilities, conduct discovery sessions, prototype and iterate solutions, validate deliverables through testing, manage project outcomes including timelines and budgets, and collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities.
• • You will join Smartsheet’s Professional Services team, a remote-eligible role based anywhere in the U.S., working within a company that has empowered teams for over 20 years to automate manual work, uncover insights, and scale smarter through purpose-driven innovation.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in business process optimization, change management, and SaaS solution delivery while developing consultative and technical leadership skills, mentoring peers, and contributing to customer growth and innovation in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
