📋 Description
- • Own the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the pre-sales sales cycle with a consultative approach to advise enterprise customers on Workato’s platform.
- • Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to evangelize Workato’s platform and drive technical sales stages to closure.
- • Articulate business, technical, and architectural concepts to diverse audiences including business stakeholders and technical teams.
- • Create and deliver custom product demonstrations tailored to prospective customers’ use cases and integration needs.
- • Conduct business and technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand requirements and architect viable solutions using Workato’s automation platform.
- • Design, manage, and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), both on-site and remotely, to validate customer use cases.
- • Respond to functional and technical requirements in RFIs and RFPs with accurate, compelling, and compliant submissions.
- • Collect and synthesize customer feedback from the field to inform product roadmap decisions, channeling insights to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- • Represent Workato at industry conferences, seminars, and field events to promote the platform and engage with potential customers.
- • Translate complex integration and automation technologies into clear business value propositions aligned with customer goals.
- • Leverage hands-on experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware, APIs, web services, and cloud platforms to design scalable solutions.
- • Stay current on AI-driven automation trends and how generative AI agents (‘genies’) are reshaping integration and orchestration markets.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with leading integration vendors including MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, and Snaplogic.
- • Travel as required to meet with customers and participate in regional events, while maintaining flexibility in work hours to support global time zones.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
- • Strong background and knowledge in enterprise integration and automation across multiple verticals
- • Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, APIs, and databases
- • Experience with cloud technologies including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure
- • Good knowledge of integration vendors such as MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, Snaplogic
- • Dutch Speaking
