📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Consultant at Ramp, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with current and potential customers by building trust through expert product demonstrations and a deep understanding of customer financial needs.
• • You will partner with Sales, Product, and Partners to advocate for integration development, collaborate with Account Executives to deliver customized product demos showcasing technical accounting features, and develop tailored solutions based on integration and configuration options to align with customer requirements.
• • You will support Sales and Post-Sales teams in executing advanced technical and accounting implementations, evaluate customer requirements through use-case analysis and ROI assessments, and work with Product and Product Marketing teams to create technical assets and maintain an internal knowledge base of customer use cases and best practices.
• • Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating over $100B in annualized spend for 50,000+ companies.
