📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for Enterprise and Public Sector prospects, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, building trust through expert demonstrations of Ramp’s financial infrastructure platform.
• Design and architect bespoke enterprise solutions by aligning Ramp’s product capabilities with customers’ strategic financial objectives, including custom API integrations, SFTP configurations, and workflow automation.
• Deliver customized, high-impact product demos by building tailored environments that reflect the prospect’s unique accounting, procurement, and spend management workflows.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and influence product development based on real-world use cases.
• Lead technical discovery, RFP responses, and ROI analyses to evaluate Ramp’s suitability for complex enterprise opportunities and ensure alignment with financial controls and compliance needs.
• Educate executive and finance stakeholders on accounting features, controllership priorities, and automated book-closing capabilities, translating technical functionality into strategic financial value.
• Support post-sales implementation by advising on advanced technical and accounting configurations, ensuring seamless activation and adoption of Ramp’s platform.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Product Operations to develop and maintain internal technical assets, knowledge bases, and best practices derived from customer engagements.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles by driving consensus across internal departments and external decision-makers to close high-value enterprise deals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise ERP systems, HRIS, IdPs, and their integration with financial automation platforms to enable end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and advocate for product enhancements based on recurring customer needs, contributing directly to Ramp’s evolving value proposition.
• Maintain deep familiarity with financial workflows, accounting standards, and enterprise finance team priorities to provide authoritative guidance during sales and implementation phases.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment requiring adaptability, ownership, and the ability to prioritize effectively amid shifting demands and tight deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture with focus on financial technology, SaaS implementation, and API-driven solutions
• Deep knowledge of enterprise accounting systems, controllership workflows, and finance operations
• Extensive hands-on experience with API integrations, SFTP configurations, and building custom technical solutions for complex enterprise clients
• Proven ability to present and influence executive stakeholders, translating technical concepts into strategic business value
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Expertise in enterprise platforms including IdPs, HRIS, and ERP systems and their role in financial operations
