📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Engineer at Pareto AI, you will bridge the gap between innovative AI technology solutions and the specific needs of enterprise customers, playing a pivotal role in enabling global talent to participate in cutting-edge AI model development.
• • You will collaborate with prospective and existing customers to understand their business challenges, develop and prototype tailored solutions using the company's products, conduct product demonstrations, and take ownership of projects from initiation to successful delivery while working closely with sales, operations, customer success, and engineering teams.
• • You will join a mission-driven company partnered with top AI and research institutions including Anthropic, Character.AI, Imbue, Stanford, and the University of Pennsylvania to build a fair and ethical platform for AI developers to collaborate with domain experts.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI infrastructure, full-stack development with Django and React, customer-facing solution design, and cross-functional project leadership while contributing to product enhancements through customer feedback loops.
