  • • Own the technical win in every deal. As the Solutions Engineer you are the bridge between our award-winning casino-management platform and the business outcomes our 300+ casino clients care about most. You translate complex product capabilities into clear ROI, risk-reduction, and compliance wins that resonate with CFOs, CIOs, and gaming-floor managers alike.
  • • Run world-class discovery. You will lead technical discovery sessions—on Zoom or on-site in Tulsa and across North America—to map a prospect’s existing 30+ system ecosystem (casino management, hospitality, cage, slots, tables, AML, Title 31, etc.) and surface the hidden pain points that our software uniquely solves. Every conversation ends with a crisp, prioritized list of requirements that sales can price and implementation can deliver.
  • • Architect solutions, not slide decks. Using your deep knowledge of CCT’s full suite—CashTrac, BankTrac, CageTrac, VaultTrac, and Analytics—you will design end-to-end configurations that integrate with 100+ third-party systems. You will spin up tailored proofs-of-concept, data models, and API blueprints that prove feasibility before the contract is signed.
  • • Deliver jaw-dropping demos. Whether it’s a 15-minute executive teaser or a two-hour deep-dive for 50 operators, you own the demo environment and storyline. You weave real casino data into narratives that show how a 2% drop in cage variance or a 30-minute faster audit translates to millions in recovered revenue.
  • • Become the trusted advisor. You will build lasting relationships with technical champions and economic buyers—from tribal gaming commissions to Las Vegas mega-resorts—earning the right to influence RFP criteria and long-term roadmaps. Your credibility shortens sales cycles and expands deal size.
  • • Champion the voice of the customer. You funnel every feature request, integration gap, and compliance nuance back to Product & Engineering, ensuring our roadmap stays laser-focused on market needs. You beta-test new modules and co-author release notes that help 120 teammates speak the same customer language.
  • • Support seamless handoffs. After the technical win, you remain engaged through pilot launch and first 90 days of go-live, ensuring the implementation team inherits a crystal-clear technical blueprint and the customer experiences zero surprises.
  • • Thrive in a remote-first, high-growth culture. You will collaborate daily with sales, product, marketing, and customer success via Slack, Zoom, and quarterly on-sites in Tulsa. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent client-facing technical roles
  • • Proven expertise with analytics products, BI platforms, or data-science workflows
  • • Hands-on experience with web applications, RESTful APIs, data integrations, and modern software architecture
  • • Exceptional communication skills—ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives and end-users alike
  • • Track record of building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at all organizational levels
