📋 Description

• As a Solutions Engineer at Opal Labs, you will sit at the intersection of product, customer, and sales, helping prospective customers understand the technical value and feasibility of Opal’s identity governance platform for the AI era.
• Day to day, you will guide technical evaluations by architecting and overseeing Proof-of-Value engagements, translate customer use cases into actionable solutions, build deep customer trust as a senior technical advisor, partner with sales teams to drive deal progress, bridge product and market by synthesizing feedback to influence roadmap decisions, and advocate for tradeoffs in product design to ensure scalability and enterprise readiness.
• Opal Labs is building modern identity governance for the AI era, focused on intelligent access management that empowers enterprises to move fast while staying secure, bringing clarity, control, and confidence to complex enterprise environments.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise identity and access management, strengthen your ability to influence both product strategy and customer outcomes, gain experience shaping product-market fit, and grow as a trusted technical advisor driving long-term partnerships and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical customer-facing roles, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure
• Deep technical knowledge combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Comfort in cross-functional environments, influencing internal product strategy and external customer outcomes
• Expertise in modern enterprise technology such as SSO, RBAC, cloud IAM, and data access governance
