- • Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for Second Front Systems’ Game Warden platform during pre-sales engagements with U.S. government customers.
- • Partner with account executives to own the technical aspects of the sales pipeline, including leading introduction calls, technical presentations, product demos, and architecture workshops.
- • Assess customer application compatibility with Game Warden, a Platform-as-a-Service designed for secure SaaS adoption in government environments.
- • Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of 2F’s products to serve as an internal and external SME across sales, product, and mission success teams.
- • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with technically accurate, compliant, and compelling documentation tailored to government procurement requirements.
- • Engage directly with C-level executives, CTOs, Engineering Directors, and software engineers to articulate technical value propositions and build trust in 2F’s solutions.
- • Collaborate with product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable roadmap inputs aligned with market demand signals.
- • Create technical marketing content such as blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts to support business development and thought leadership.
- • Conduct technical conversations centered on cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks relevant to U.S. government standards.
- • Travel up to 25% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support on-site demonstrations or workshops.
- • Work remotely as part of a distributed team while maintaining high collaboration standards across sales, marketing, product, and government engagement functions.
- • Represent 2F as a mission-driven organization focused on accelerating secure technology adoption for U.S. national security missions.
- • Maintain compliance with U.S. government contract requirements, including adherence to citizenship and geographic hiring hub restrictions.
🎯 Requirements
- • U.S. citizenship required due to government contract obligations
- • Must reside in one of the approved hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill NC, Denver/Colorado Springs CO, or Dallas/Fort Worth TX
- • 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing Sales, Success, or Engineering roles
- • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certified or eager to become certified)
- • 3–5 years of technical experience (e.g., software engineer, sales engineer, technical PM)
- • 1+ years of software development experience, preferably full-stack web development
