- • As a Solutions Engineer at Metriport Inc., you will serve as the primary technical and strategic bridge between the company and its healthcare customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing value delivery of an open-source data intelligence platform that enables real-time patient data exchange across 300+ million individuals.
- • Day to day, you will conduct discovery calls, lead weekly syncs with onboarding customers, troubleshoot technical issues, manage customer requests by coordinating with engineering teams, provide product expertise, participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, manage APIs and integrations, and attend a daily 30-minute remote stand-up at 7:30am PST Mon-Fri.
- • Metriport is a tight-knit, high-performing, engineering-heavy team of mostly former founders (including two YC alumni) with product-market fit, multi-million ARR, 100+ customers, top-tier VC backing, and years of runway. The company operates with minimal bureaucracy, high autonomy, and a culture of sustainable intensity, where founders work six days a week from the SF office but empower employees to craft their own schedules.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare data interoperability standards, sharpen your customer-facing technical consulting skills, gain end-to-end ownership of complex implementations, and grow your ability to drive product adoption through technical leadership and partnership-building in a fast-scaling, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience supporting software implementation
- • Full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js
- • Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area (or willing to relocate)
- • Healthcare experience is a plus if familiar with terms like HIPAA, FHIR, HIE, IHE, EHR/EMR, NPI, TEFCA, ADT, HL7, HEDIS, RAF, SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10
