📋 Description

• Serve as the technical liaison between sales and customers, guiding Fortune 500 clients through the technical evaluation of an AI-powered privacy governance platform
• Conduct end-to-end technical sales processes including discovery calls, solution outlining, customized demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) execution
• Deliver live technical presentations and whiteboarding sessions to both engineering teams and C-suite executives including CIOs and CISOs
• Configure and troubleshoot demo and POC environments using REST APIs, SQL, and either AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Perform light scripting and coding in JavaScript, Python, or SQL to build integrations, automate workflows, and customize demo scenarios
• Define clear POC success criteria, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive technical sign-off to accelerate deal closure
• Create clear diagrams and documentation that illustrate how the platform integrates into a customer’s existing data architecture and compliance workflows
• Act as a feedback conduit between field engagements and internal product and engineering teams, translating customer needs into product improvements
• Support sales teams by addressing technical objections, answering architecture questions, and removing technical barriers between customer interest and contract signing
• Collaborate with customer IT and compliance teams to map data flows, identify PII, and demonstrate automated consent management, DSAR handling, and vendor risk assessment capabilities
• Work closely with clients in retail, financial services, healthcare, and telecom industries to tailor solutions to their specific regulatory and technical environments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA to accurately position platform capabilities in compliance contexts
• Be based within commuting distance of Greenville, DE or Falls Church, VA and work in-office 2–3 days per week to support client meetings and internal collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Recent experience in a customer-facing, technical pre-sales role at a product company
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure)
• Ability to script or code in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or comparable languages to build and debug demo environments
• Based within commuting distance of Greenville, DE or Falls Church, VA and able to work in-office 2–3 days per week
