• • As a Solutions Engineer AMER at Deel, you will partner directly with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success by showcasing the value of Deel’s all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, playing an essential role in the sales process from discovery through implementation hand-off.
• • Day to day, you will consult with prospective customers to assess their processes and tooling, identify gaps and opportunities, lead solution discovery, deliver platform demonstrations, respond to RFPs, conduct integration and architecture workshops, and translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant solution designs while aligning stakeholders on scope and success criteria.
