📋 Description
- • Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience for prospects and customers by providing technical expertise, outlining the value proposition, and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions related to ChatGPT and the OpenAI API.
- • Demonstrate how leveraging ChatGPT and the OpenAI API can meet customers’ business needs and deliver substantial business value through building and presenting demos, scoping use cases, recommending architectural patterns, and providing in-depth technical advisory.
- • Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand their pre-sales needs, guide their AI strategy, and identify the highest value use cases and applications across industries such as customer service and automated content generation.
- • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams to align technical solutions with customer requirements and internal product roadmaps.
- • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on common questions and requirements discovered during the pre-sales process to scale technical support and improve customer onboarding.
- • Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions by explaining standardized collateral, guiding customers to relevant resources like the trust portal, and escalating complex requirements to appropriate internal teams.
- • Foster customer advocacy by gathering and relaying customer feedback, identifying recurring themes across clients, and incorporating insights into product planning and development.
- • Translate complex business and technical topics into clear, accessible language for audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
- • Own problems end-to-end, proactively acquiring missing knowledge or skills to ensure successful customer outcomes and project delivery.
- • Maintain a humble attitude, demonstrate eagerness to support colleagues, and prioritize team success through collaboration and adaptability.
- • Operate from OpenAI’s Paris office with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in-office.
- • Provide relocation assistance to new employees moving to Paris for this role.
- • Represent OpenAI as a trusted advisor and thought partner to enterprises and developers seeking to transform their business using generative AI technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- • Full professional fluency in both German and English.
- • Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products, with experience providing higher-level security and compliance support.
- • Industry experience in programming languages like Python or JavaScript and working with REST APIs.
- • Demonstrated delivery of prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
- • Effective presenter and communicator capable of translating business and technical topics to all audiences, including senior leaders.
